You can login to our client area at https://www.webmaxtorhosting.com/clients/clientarea.php to add a dedicated IP to your account.
Once logged in, you will need to click on My Products and Services, then the icon to the right of the Next Due Date.  This will take you to the Product Details page.  At the bottom, you will see Account Addons.  Click the link to view the addons available. 

Addons are handled manually, so they are not automatically added to your account.  It can take anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours to show up in your account.

Addons are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time by creating a Support Ticket to let us know you no longer wish to receive that addon.

Dedicated IPs require the DNS server to update your records.  Your site may appear offline for a few hours.
